At St. Martha’s, we operate a highly professional and experienced homestay programme, whereby students who require accommodation stay with local approved host families

 

Our host families are carefully chosen and inspected and the school works in partnership with the host family to ensure that your child’s stay is a happy and successful experience.

 

 

 

Academic Achievement

We encourage intellectual growth by providing a stimulating curriculum with extra curricular activities that inspire and challenge pupils across a range of skills.

 

Our inter-house competitions are an opportunity to celebrate achievement across a wide band of talents.

 

Girls are regularly assessed and attainment levels are shared with parents, encouraging full participation in their daughter’s intellectual journey.

St. Martha’s can never take the place of a parent. However, under UK law if your daughter is residing in St. Martha’s approved accommodation, the school has a duty of care and accepts overall responsibility for her well-being during her stay at St. Martha’s.

 

Our host families maintain a standard of care equal to that of any responsible family.
